You might finish a course prerequisite at LCP. Introduction to Java Programming, and other math courses such as Geometry, or Algebra II/Trig often fall under this category.
AP Human Geography is not offered by most schools in the Bay Area. At LCP, you could use it as a springboard into your future AP courses. AP Physics 1, AP Psychology, and AP Economics are other courses freshmen sometimes elect to take with us to dip their toes into the world of Advanced Placement.
Other times you might not be able to fit another science, such as Chemistry Honors, AP Biology, or AP Chemistry into your Course of Study because your school doesn’t allow you to double up on a science.
