Math
Year-long Courses
Legend College Prep brings you the traditional set of math courses from Pre-Algebra up to AP Calculus BC. Additionally, ambitious students who want to start college level math and continue in their Calculus series will also find great options with us.
Legend emphasizes a skills-based approach in our math curriculum to ensure proper scaffolding from one level to the next. We assess all students to determine their capacities and help their progress accordingly.
Science
Year-Long Courses
With Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Sciences and more, you not only diversify your course of study with our science classes, but you’ll also be able to take important prerequisites to gain earlier access to AP coursework. Students who pursue science classes with LCP are able to complete multiple AP science courses – a difficult accomplishment when public school systems often do not allow a student to double up on their sciences.
Technology
Semester and Year-long Courses
A critical component for many of our aspiring computer science majors includes our Java courses at the introductory level and the AP level (AP Computer Science A). We also make certification courses in Java, MTA, and SQL available for our high school students, which is a great achievement for young students that can certify real-world applicable skills!
